Gift card utilization process
What are Limited access (LA) gift cards?
• LA gift cards can be redeemed only by adding the gift card amount to your easywin balance (just like a normal deposit).
• LA gift cards adhere to the “Easywin withdrawal of deposited fund rule”, which states that users can only withdraw 80% of the amount deposited, and the remaining 20% must be staked before it can be withdrawn. Hence, this ift card should be purchased when your aim is to use the gift card to deposit and place bet on Easywin.
• LA cards does not need to be activated before it can be redeemed.
What are Full access (FA) gift cards?
• FA gift cards can be redeemed in two different ways:
1. By adding the gift card amount to your easywin balance.
2. By exchanging the gift card for physical cash offline.
• FA gift cards are nt affected by the “Easywin withdrawal of deposited funds rule”. So gift cards redeemed and added to balance can be withdrawn completely from the balance without any limitations.
• FA cards must be activated first, before they can be redeemed.
How to redeem a Limited access (LA) gift card?
1. Open the left menu bar by clicking on the hamburger menu button at the top left of the website.
2. Click on [Gift cards center] to open the gift card center.
3. Click on [Redeem] to switch to the gift card redemption page.
4. Enter the gift card code and click on [Add to balance].
5. The amount will be deposited to your easywin balance.
How to redeem a Full access (FA) gift card?
1. Navigate to the gift card center page.
2. Click on [Activate] to switch to the gift card activation page.
3. Enter the gift card code and click on [Actvate].
4. After activation, you will prompted to select your redemption method.
5. Select [Add to balance] if you want to the gift card amount to be added to your easywin balance.
6. Select [Exchange for cash] if you want to exchange the gift card for physical cash at any of the easywin offline agent store.
